When Cox asked us to demo five features of My Account, we wanted people to see the app as command central for connected tech. We also wanted to create a narrative people could connect with, beyond just fingers tapping on a screen. This spot I wrote, “Never miss a thing,” uses a bit of mischief to accomplish both goals.
